Originally from Northeast Ohio, Mona’s family relocated
to Charlotte in 1986. She has witnessed many changes in this area and
watched as Charlotte continued to grow into the desirable destination
it has become today.
For over fifteen years, being a custom home builder with her husband
has allowed Mona to help her clients design their floor plans and make
the numerous color, feature, and fixture selections required throughout
the home building process. She expanded her passion for coordinating
colors and finishes to accessorizing, furniture placement, and staging.
Mona is an Accredited Stager through Haverhill Institute.
With much experience in this industry, it was natural for Mona to progress
into real estate sales. She enjoys the small details in preparing seller’s
homes to receive the highest dollar potential in current market conditions
and in finding the perfect home for her buyer’s individual needs. She
is licensed in both North and South Carolina.
Mona lives in Fort Mill, SC with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
She likes to do family stuff and be involved with the kid’s school activities
and sports.
